One Pregnant Woman Killed , One Injured in Burmese Army Gun Fires in Mrauk-U Township, Arakan/Rakhine

Burma Army (Tatmataw) soldiers gun fires left an innocent pregnant woman killed and another woman seriously wounded on 29 March, 2019 at around 6:15 am. The victims were identified as Ma Sa Pae aged (25) year, wife of Ko Aung Moe from the Aut Tha Kan village under Mrauk-U township of northern Arakan/Rakhine state. The injured woman is also identified as Ma Pauk Sa (24) year old. Ma Sa Pae was killed in the spot when Burma Army (Tatmataw) soldiers open fired targeting them in the early morning at around 6:15 am near the Tein Nyo bridge.           

 

 

Ko Aung Moe, husband of Ma Sa Pae told AASYC that Burma Army (Tatmataw) soldiers open fired targeting to their shop , the bullet hits his wife Ma Sa Pae and Ma Pauksa, in the spot his wife was killed. The injured Ma Pauksa has been taken to Mrauk-U hospital by a local blood donor group.
