ကမာၻ႔ႏိုင္ငံအားလုံး၏ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးအေျခအေနကို ပုံမွန္သုံးသပ္သည့္ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္ (Universal Periodic Review – UPR)တြင္ ရခိုင္ျပည္၌ ျဖစ္ပြါးလ်က္ရွိသည့္ လက္နက္ကိုင္ပဋိပကၡအတြင္း အရပ္သားျပည္သူမ်ားအေပၚ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးခ်ိဳးေဖာက္မႈႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ ရခိုင္ျပည္လုံးဆိုင္ရာ ေက်ာင္းသားႏွင့္ လူငယ္မ်ားအစည္းအ႐ုံး (AASYC) မွေန၍ (၀၉.၀၇.၂၀) ရက္ေန႔က ကုလသမဂၢ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရး ေကာင္စီသို႔ အစီရင္ခံစာတင္သြင္းခဲ့ပါသည္။
အစီရင္ခံစာတြင္ ျမန္မာအစိုးရႏွင့္ ျမန္မာ့တပ္မေတာ္မွ ရခိုင္ျပည္သူမ်ား၏ ႏိုင္ငံသားအခြင့္အေရး၊ ဌာေနတိုင္းရင္းသားအခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္ အေျခခံလူ႔အခြင့္ေရးမ်ားကို ပုံစံမ်ိဳးစုံျဖင့္ ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္ေနျခင္း၊ မတရားဖမ္းဆီး ခ်ဳပ္ေနာင္ထားျခင္း၊ မတရား ဖမ္းဆီးထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ထားစဥ္ ညႇမ္းပမ္းႏွိပ္စက္ၿပီး သတ္ျဖတ္ျခင္း၊ လူေနအိမ္ႏွင့္ ဘာသာေရးအေဆာက္အဦးမ်ားအား ပစ္မွတ္ထားၿပီး လက္နက္ႀကီးမ်ား ပစ္ခတ္ျခင္း၊ ေရွ႕ေဟာင္း ယဥ္ေက်းမႈအေမြအႏွစ္အနီးအနားတြင္ တပ္စြဲထားျခင္း၊ ရခိုင္ျပည္သူမ်ား အေနျဖင့္ လြတ္လပ္စြာ ထုတ္ေဖာ္ေျပာဆိုခြင့္မ်ား ပိတ္ပင္ခံထားရျခင္း၊ ေနရပ္စြန႔္ခြါ စစ္ေဘးေရွာင္မ်ားအား လြတ္လပ္စြာ လူသားခ်င္းစာနာျခင္း အကူညီမ်ား ေထာက္ပံ့ေပးခြင့္မ်ားကို ကန႔္သတ္ထားျခင္း စသည္တို႔ပါဝင္ပါသည္။

မွတ္ခ်က္။ ကုလသမဂၢလူ႔အခြင့္အေရး ေကာင္စီအေနျဖင့္ အစီရင္ခံစာအတြက္ စာလုံးအေရအတြက္ကို ကန႔္သတ္ထားမႈေၾကာင့္ အစီရင္ခံစာကို စာမ်က္နာ (၈) မ်က္နာအတြင္း အေၾကာင္းအရာမ်ားကို အတတ္ႏိုင္ဆုံး ထည့္သြင္းေရးခဲ့ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
AASYC Submission to the UN Universal Periodic Review (UPR) to the 37th Session of the Human Rights Council. The report titlled Human Rights Violations in the Armed Conflicts in Arakan, Burma/Myanmar. The report mainly addressess that how Myanmar Government and Myanmar Army (Tatmataw) commited the human rights violations towards the civilians in Arakan violating the fundamental rights of the citizens as well as violating the international human rights obligations.
